Fine 12" Tall HC Wood Black Forest Jewelry Chest, 2-Tier, Hunt Theme, Lock & Key NeoClassical laurel garland draped from bowWe've acquired a couple of these superbly preserved c. 1890 1920 hand carved Swiss Black Forest jewelry chests from a French estate, this one signed on bottom by its carver (initials). This one is slightly smaller than the other, and has a single mountain goat up top (one horn chipped about in half), and with a beautiful original and very finely preserved cream colored silk satin interior, the original lock and key. Very good to excellent condition
