Brilliant garnet red (turning slightly amber with time), this Barolo offers exuberant aromas of fruits and spices. It is full bodied and velvety on the palate with a long, spicy finish. Aromas of cream, light toffee, mushrooms and plums follow through to a full body, silky tannins and a fresh and clean finish. Very tannic yet the tannins are ripe and polished.
