This time from a late ripening, thick skinned grape that was nearly lost to extinction. Bencze coaxes out a pure snapshot of the varietal, but in a light, luminous expression. That signature line of acidity and drinkability is on full display, yet there are layers upon layers to unpack in this wine. Raw yet precise. Again, 300 btls, we
