Mongeard Mugneret, Vougeot Cras Rouge Vintage:2018 I once again left theA very ripe yet still acceptably fresh nose speaks of menthol, spice and liqueur like black raspberry aromas. There is very good volume to the reasonably well detailed medium bodied flavors that culminate in a mocha infused finish that noticeable wood and warmth can be found. This is a wine to watch as it ages because while it has the stuffing to reward 6 to 10 years of cellaring, I do wonder if it might become heavy as it does so.
