Freshly charred oak, big vanilla and rich custard creaminess, raspberry. The palate is heavy toasted influence but huge cakey sweetness. You may think that sounds sickly sweet but I assure you, it isnt. Beautiful balance, big brown sugar and vanilla bomb with toasted maple lingering. Im sure there are some fruit notes I could pull out, but why would you when it is just so indulgent and creamy? The
