The fifth in my Key West Series is titled “Hog’s Breath Cruisers” and features a red 1963 Convertible looking for parking outside the Hog’s Breath Saloon in Key West

but my photograph of a ZR-1 in Colorado convinced me to create a major work with a focus on certain details rather than a complete car

located in the Westport area actually on the Santa Fe Trail

Along side is the Special Edition created by Chevrolet as a tribute to that Class win

“Forty Years After” celebrates the 1967 L88 Corvette driven at LeMans that year by Dick Guldstrand and Bob Bondurant

"Strawberry and Vanilla" Frame Option:Unframed The fifth in my KeyOriginally intended as a shirt design for the NCRS St. Louis Regional, Strawberry and Vanilla was to be merely a line drawing with a little thin watercolor washed over it. But I got excited about the possibilities, and before I knew it, I had a detailed painting. I love this piece! It is a somewhat limited image, not showing the white paint of the car but letting the viewers eye fill in the color.
