Night Sky in Namibia Reflection When visiting the Salton Sea

When visiting the Salton Sea in Southern California I found quite a few abandoned buildings along the water

Flowers include Columbine

and capturing it on a yearly basis you can see the changes you may miss looking at it every day

As I walked around the building I looked for some photographs and captured this image in the southern section of the building leading into the senate chambers

Night Sky in Namibia Reflection When visiting the Salton SeaStaying in the NamibRand Nature Reserve we were able to get out to photograph the night sky in a Dark Sky Reserve. The night sky lit with what we normally cannot see with our eyes. Using trees as a foreground, the milky way and much more of the galaxy and beyond is seen in this photograph.
