Ben Nevis Charity Bottling Signatory Exclusive Pinotage Harvested in the first weekESCRIPTION A single cask from the Ben Nevis distillery in the Highlands, bottled by independent bottler Signatory. Distilled on 2 July 2014, fully matured in a first fill ex bourbon hogshead, and bottled earlier this year on 28 May. Only 248 bottles were produced. Non chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and bottled at a cask strength of 60. 3%. TASTING NOTES Note: Creamy with milk chocolate, dusty oak, malt and white fuzzy peach and pear. There is a
