Caol Ila 2007 The Culprit Glendalough Created in collaboration with MasterReleased in 2021, Caol Ila 2007 The Culprit is the 7th edition in the Caol Ila Chess Investigation series by Signatory Vintage, a collection of single malt whiskies inspired by a murder mystery theme. Distilled in 2007, matured for 10 years in an ex bourbon hogshead, finished for 4 years in first fill sherry casks and bottled in 2021. 891 bottles were produced. Bottled at 46%. #CAOLILA #ISLAY
