opulent and very rounded medium-bodied flavors brim with dry extract that buffers the moderately firm acid spine supporting the solidly persistent finish that also exhibits a hint of bitter citrus

This classy effort also needs more depth but it has everything that it needs to develop more in time

There is both good intensity and detail to the lightly mineral inflected middle weight flavors that culminate in a mildly austere and rustic but solidly complex and persistent finish.
