They picked all grapes together (there were some unripe grapes) and fermented it all together. The wine has a medium bodied palate, the granularity of the tannins is extremely small, and it has a very fine mineral sensation. It has incredible elegance and finesse, with lifted aromatics, high pitched, acute, fine boned and with the frontal
