Hope Rhum Agricole 2007 cinnamon and even a teaseAn agricole style rum made from sugarcane juice rather than molasses. Fresh sugarcane stalks are pressed on site at Hope distillery and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks before being distilled in a copper still. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml) Nose: Funky with olive and grassy umami notes. Palate: Subtly sweet with hints of citrus. Finish: A slight peppery yet herbaceous finish. #RUM #HOPE
