Fragrant aromas of pear, nectarine and almond blossom are supported by ginger spice and nougat, with savoury complexities of dried herbs and toasted almonds. Beautifully intense flavours of stone fruit and ripe pear are complemented by layers of lemon thyme, nougat and ginger, while a lovely pure line of apple like acidity and excellent texture provide length on the finish.
