Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart Johnnie Walker Produced using discarded meadow cuttingsLaunched in 2021 as part of the core range of single malt whiskies from the Highland Park distillery on the Orkney Islands. Matured in a combination of both first fill European and American oak sherry casks, as well as a handful of refill casks. Naturally coloured and bottled at 44%. Nose: Rich and complex, opening with spicy aromas of crme brle, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, fruity notes follow fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of
