Kumusha Hurudza 2021 Chenin Blanc Only 165 bottles producedDESCRIPTION Made from a Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), Cabernet Franc (5%), Petit Verdot (5%) and Merlot (5%) sourced from Stellenbosch, a warm maritime influenced region with decomposed granite and sandstone soils contributing structure and depth. The grapes were hand harvested in the early mornings, carefully sorted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump overs twice daily until dry. Malolactic fermentation took
