Thorne & Daughters Copper Pot Chardonnay 2023 Courvoisier Composed of 85% Sauvignon BlancGrapes for the Thorne & Daughters Copper Pot Chardonnay 2023 were sourced from a handful of vineyards in the Overberg region, where clay & shale soils and cool growing conditions create the foundation for an elegant wine. Grapes were handpicked early in the morning and transported to the cellar to preserve their freshness. Whole bunches were gently pressed in the old Vaslin basket press, with fermentation occurring naturally in small older French oak
