Sometimes your plans just don't happen as you hope they would

Spending some time to capture the scene brought me the above photograph as well as some wet feet from standing on the landing for a couple of shots as well

Not being at a good location at the time I just wrote of that opportunity

Playing with some different angles I noticed this puddle from the recent rain and positioned myself for the reflection image

Currently the trail takes you through the approach lights thus when an aircraft is landing in Juneau people will stop and watch the aircraft come right over their head which was the case with this Boeing 757

While living there for a few months during the fall I hiked up part of the hill to the east of the city to capture the fall colors changing around the University of Montana.
