This was the case this evening when I hiked up Green Mountain in Lakewood to get a shot of Denver and the rising full moon in November 2009

After a day of snowshoeing up the road I was heading back and stopped at the west end of Lake McDonald just after sunset

From the black sand beach I found this image of the church against the higher mountains of the area

This past weekend as the snow fell on and off all weekend I headed to near Larimer Square to photograph

As I looked up I noticed the lines of the canopy and how they tell a different story from the location you look at them within the Union Station area

Prudential Center in Boston Reflection This was the case thisFor a few days I was staying near the Prudential Center in Boston and was intrigued by the facade of the building. Just before leaving town I used a long lens to zoom into the building and catch the details of the patterns which is on this currently second tallest building in Boston. From street level I positioned some of the non repeating detail into the upper section of the frame and captured this image of the building.
