Barrel-Aged Rosso Vermouth bianco Our best-selling bittersOur classic and award winning Rosso Vermouth is made ever more luxurious by using a special bochet style mead (fermented from caramelized honey) as the base, and aging it for two years in rye whisky barrels from Stillhead Distillery. The result is a vermouth that preserves its vibrant aromatics while gaining rich, layered barrel aged character. Enjoy over ice, perhaps topped with sparkling water, or in a cocktail.
