My life has been full of painful experiences as long as I’ve known myself

But I know now that we can always make the decision to refocus and lock onto a positive target

and I think we should embrace all the different aspects of ourselves because they make us who we are

I think a lot of people are impacted by their mood swings, but we all have to deal with them and work around them to live our best lives and achieve our goals.
