Over the city there was clouds but as you looked out towards the mountains it was blue sky

I had my longer lens on the camera and starting playing with a narrow depth of focus on the handles creating this image

During a winter visit I found pristine snow in this location which made for a fun place to photograph along the water

During the summer of 2009 I hiked to Jasper Lake in the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area

As I was scouting some locations for a client shoot one weekend in the area I headed to Red Rocks and captured some images of the area.
