A beautiful hammer made years ago prior to Armstrong discontinuing all hand tools. Features an 12 1 2" fiber glass handle. The head has been lacquered during production to stop corrosion. There is some staining on the machined surfaces that must have happened prior to being lacquered. This in no way affects use. This is a very beautiful premium quality tool !
