Glenmorangie 25 Year Old Glenfiddich Nose: Intense toffee apple notesThe pinnacle of the Glenmorangie core range was The Quarter Century 25yo, matured in an equal combination of three different types of casks: American white oak ex bourbon, Spanish oak ex sherry and French red wine barrels (usually burgundy). The 25yo has been discontinued by the distillery and replaced with the Grand Vintages. Bottled at 43%. Nose: Deep and rich with dark fruits, hints of chocolate, coffee, a slight nuttiness and notes of leather.
