Highland Park 15 Year Old 2021 Silverthorn The Genie Rosé BrutDESCRIPTION A lightly peated permanent expression from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, now presented in redesigned packaging that moves on from the brand's previous Viking inspired look in favour of a cleaner design drawn from Orkney's landscape, rolled out in late 2024. Matured in a combination of first fill and refill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks for 15 years. Naturally coloured and bottled at 44%. (Bottle size 750ml)
