In early 2014 as the snow fell on and off all weekend I headed to near Larimer Square to photograph

I was able to limit the amount of snow on my lens to capture this image of the capitol building

This year I found a field of sunflowers south of the airport near their peak

This provided the clouds beneath as well as above as the last bit of the sun is also obscured by the clouds on this June evening in Ohio.
