Summer Sunrise at Lake Tahoe Presentation:Photobox Just after arriving to Mendenhall

Just after arriving to Mendenhall Glacier  you could start to see them form in the sky however using a longer exposure they definitely do show up better with the camera

Using a shallow depth of field (in the not so shallow waters)

The mansion itself is in a residential area not too far from the capitol building

Leaving my house it appeared a storm may be brewing and could obstruct the vision I had for that evening

As I headed back downtown and noticed the view of the pilings under the pier

Summer Sunrise at Lake Tahoe Presentation:Photobox Just after arriving to MendenhallLocated in the southwest corner of Lake Tahoe, Emerald Bay is a picturesque location on its own. On this morning I work up early to capture sunrise over the lake to find most overcast skies. Finding a position to capture the scene I was quickly treated to a burst of color over the mountains in the distance at the pre dawn light which last just a couple of minutes.
