Vintage sterling silver pendant set with two bright blue Turquoise stones separated by three sterling stamped leaves surrounding a sterling stamped flower

The ring is set with a large purple Amethyst that catches the light beautifully from every angle. While this ring is not signed by the artist, several similar and unsigned pieces have been attributed to Robert Kelley. This could be made by him, but I cannot make this statement with certainty. Please note that pictures 6 8 are taken with a macro lens.
