With the fires in the area that summer I didn't know what to expect in terms of sunset but thought I would chance it at this time knowing the water levels would be lower allowing for the s-curve flow to show at the location

as I thought the wave of the stadium lighting would be interesting with the sun positioned over the stadium

Beach in Lofoten, Norway Building With any amusement park itWhen I visited Norway and as I headed further north the days got longer and here in Lofoten the sun never set. While along these islands, I rented a car and explored this magnificent location on the northwest portion of the country. Driving south I encountered an area with a white sandy beach and stopped to walk along it for a while. Even so far north it was still mild, but not quite beach weather.
