The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak and sees approximately 50-60% new barrels

refined and beautifully detailed middle weight flavors are not especially dense though there is enough sap to buffer the moderately firm supporting tannins on the balanced finish

A touch of toastiness creates wonderful flavor complexity that the vibrant acidity illuminates. Needs some time, but the wet stone and lime character in the finish already makes it plain how great this wine is. Drinkable now, but best from 2027.
