Sourcing new make bourbon from Buffalo Trace, they then run it through an additional distillation run on their copper pot still and age it in Virginia. Aromas of flowers, brown sugar, sweet cinnamon, peach, and candy apples greet you, followed on the palate by toffee, roasted nuts, red pepper flakes, and baking spices. The finish is spicy and long, leaving that peppery tingle on your
