Today in the United States is Veterans Day which led me to Fort Logan National Cemetery this afternoon for some images

I headed up the hill towards the Cliff House

As I spent the day exploring on Angel Island in the San Francisco Bay

This allows the light to reflect differently while you look at the piece

but the rest of the project soon fell into place

Abstract Flower Presentation:Photobox Today in the United StatesThere is something to be said about the magnitude of the Butchart Gardens in Victoria, Canada. A few years ago I visited the gardens and it is one of those places you can spend all day with your camera. After a while I focused my efforts on using a macro lens in the rose gardens and looking for interesting elements in the flowers themselves which is the above image.
