Willett Pot Still Reserve Bourbon Distillery 209 yet refined enough to enjoyPerhaps the biggest change in the new Willett lineup, which had largely been sourced from other Kentucky distilleries, but is now enitrely distilled, aged, and bottled by the Willett distillery, this dramatically bottled Pot Still Reserve is now a wheated bourbon, replacing the customary secondary grain of rye with the softer character of wheat.
