Most probably used by a Silversmith, Engineer, Machinist or Draftsman in industrial Britain. Constructed from elm & ash. Produced in Birmingham circa 1900. We think the stool would work equally well as a sofa lamp tables or alternative bedside. Dimensions: Height: 51cm Width: 36cm Depth: 26cm Would work equally well in a domestic or commercial environment.
