Boats along the Charles River Size:8"x10" As I made my way

As I made my way back towards the tram I found this grouping of lupine with a view of Douglas Island behind

The tree next to the water with the snow still falling is what grabbed my attention

When I got to the lake in below freezing temperatures the steam was rising from the lake

The glass reflecting the background building while post showing their vertical lines caught my eye in this image

At this time some of the construction in the Union Station area had started near the Millennium Bridge

Boats along the Charles River Size:8"x10" As I made my wayOn a summer morning in Boston I went for a walk along the Charles River. After crossing the Longfellow Bridge I walked along the north side by MIT when I noticed the colors on these small sailboats. With the morning calm the boats and their color reflected in the water as I used the edge to separate the image on a diagonal, bringing a little tension into the scene.
