I noticed how the afternoon light was casting itself amongst some of the buildings

Visiting Butchart Gardens in Victoria

As the night settled in I captured the quiet winter evening in the park which is quite different then being there in the summer

This is an image which is pretty hard to plan ahead when capturing images from an airplane

but also at that time it is fun to try new techniques to capture the season as well

Under the Canopy at Union Station Size:11"x14" I noticed how the afternoonThere is much to photograph around Union Station in the lower downtown area of Denver. A couple of months ago I went there looking for something a little different to capture than I have in the past. As I walked around the columns on the far side got my attention and I quickly found an angle which would give an endless look of this columns which hold up the canopy at the newly remodeled train station.
