Creation Cool-Climate Chenin Blanc 2024 Glenfarclas At five years oldDESCRIPTION Sourced from 18 year old vines grown at 300m elevation in Walker Bay, this Chenin Blanc reflects the regions sandstone on clay soils and strong Atlantic influence. Grapes were hand harvested in March 2024 after a long ripening season that delivered concentration and freshness. Fermentation took place half in concrete eggs and half in third fill French oak barrels, followed by 10 months of lees ageing for texture and complexity. Bottled at
