Like its predecessor Chateau Talbot, this is a classic, elegant wine with a clear, well designed structure and a long, fresh finish. An elegant blend of 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 60 % Merlot, aged in French oak for 15 months, with 15% new oak.
