Using  my photos of a real 1965 chassis under restoration and ready for its body allowed authenticity to the brake calipers

"Sting Ray Reflections" 1997-2004 by friend Jerry BertaSting Ray Reflections shows the rear view of a 1967 coupe, one of my favorite views of the mid year series of Corvettes. The photo which I used for this painting was of the 1966 coupe which I owned at the time. Taken on a sunny day with many small clouds overhead, the photo led to the reflections I created in the cars paint.
