The medium-bodied palate offers supple tannin

airy and transparent as the stony influence of the site is easily seen through the red berry fruit aromas and continues onto the pretty

Clear and mineral on the palate, incredibly fresh and vital, the 2007 Riesling Clos Ste Hune reveals great purity, finesse, and a lingering salty finish with a lot of tension and a very good grip. Really stimulating. A great dry Riesling.
