Hearth Artjesvlei Pinot Noir 2023 Deutz A rather unusual and hard-to-findDESCRIPTION Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the dry farmed Artjesvlei vineyard in the Upper Hemel en Aarde Valley, just 7km from the cool Atlantic, with granite rich soils. Planted to Pinot Noir clone PN777 on Richter 110 rootstock, the vines grow on a 12% south facing slope at 280m elevation, rooted in ancient granite bedrock and heavier clay seams that preserve moisture through the regions dry summers.
