This is not overly concentrated but the harmony of expression is impressive and I very much like the complex floral quality of the finale

Compared to the Testamatta that proved more difficult during the blending phase

The 2011 and 2012 vintages are close cousins

This is really lovely and should age accordingly

Romer Hayot Size:12x750ml The 2010 is not super-complexPale to medium gold colored, the 2009 Romer du Hayot is scented of tea, straw and fallen leaves with dried mango, preserved lemons and ginger. The palate is rich, mature and savory in the mouth with honey nut character, finishing just a little flat.
