Late in the month we did get some snow and I headed out to the 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver to photograph

which allows the reminder of the Rocky Mountain News to show on the white building across the park

On a summer morning I headed to a park in Uptown to photograph the skyline of the city

After photographing in this area I headed over to Alamo Placita Park and found a quiet park on a snowy evening

I quickly grabbed my camera to capture the upper portion of the building alone in the clouds for about a minute before the clouds quickly moved back to obstruct the view as the rain turned heavier

Patterns in the Sand Size:11"x14" Late in the month weOne spring I was visiting the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve near Alamosa, Colorado. I was exploring the dunes prior to the wind picking up late one afternoon. Using my wide angle lens and getting low to the surface I wanted to bring a scene which a person could easily step into the image and place themselves on the dunes.
