In the mouth, the wine is fine boned and taut, with sour cherry, tobacco, a hint of maraschino and brine. Silty tannins settle on the palate once the wine has gone, meaning it builds in intensity the more you drink. There's an ultra attractive forest floor character here that feels like it will evolve and age
