Hartenberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Tullibardine complemented by a creamy textureDESCRIPTION Crafted from estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, this 2021 release reflects Hartenbergs long standing reputation for classical Stellenbosch reds. After careful fermentation, the wine matured for 18 months in French oak, 50% of which was new, allowing the varietys natural depth to harmonise with measured oak influence. Bottled at 14%. TASTING NOTES Nose: Deeply aromatic with earthy undertones, lifted by dried fynbos and subtle tobacco leaf.
