Planes on the Plains Size:20"x30" Walking back to the area

Walking back to the area my car was parked I noticed the curve of the lake and trees in the elements which I thought would be the perfect opportunity to capture a winter scene in City Park to compliment the scenes from the other Denver parks

This image was taken right around Halloween when I visited Elitch Gardens in Denver

I headed back towards downtown Juneau where the fog was not bad at all along the Gastineau Channel

Lake McDonald is pictured in this image from the shoreline just prior to sunset on a pleasant day to explore Glacier

From a distance back I set-up my tripod and worked to capture the cars along the road just after sunset while letting the bright moon illuminate the mountain itself

Planes on the Plains Size:20"x30" Walking back to the areaI headed out to the plains for some images just after sunset near the airport. My plan was to find a good location with a view of the mountains and then see what the approach pattern was for the evening. The area which I selected did not disappoint nor did the flow of traffic from multiple airlines at that time of night allowing for fine tuning of the process prior to the light disappearing, the flow of traffic slowing and the temperatures beginning
