Morning along the Ocean Size:20"x30" I looked across the Gastineau

I looked across the Gastineau Channel and noticed the low clouds on Douglas Island with the fresh snow from some rain which had fallen earlier in the day on the peaks

Fall is just about here in Denver

I headed into the foothills where I had a perspective looking down at a road below

I decided to grab the rain jacket and head on out to photograph

During the equinox there had been smoke from fires in the west as well as some much needed rain in Denver

Morning along the Ocean Size:20"x30" I looked across the GastineauWhile driving around, I came across this beach with plenty of interesting rocks. As the level of the waves was changing, the challenge was to find a location where the tripod would be steady and not impacted with the incoming waves. After capturing the scene and heading back to the hotel for a little nap, I then continued to enjoy a nice week of vacation on Maui.
