The work has the atelier stamp on the back of the painting. This village oil painting scene features a church, with the stone walls of houses, and chickens in the foreground. We believe this to be Saint Malo, based on where Ccile traveled and painted. The painting was created with broad brushstrokes, except for specific details, such as
