Trident Maple Specimen in a Glazed Blue Container Bonsai In a one quart silverThis Trident Maple Specimen was collected in 2004 from a 15 20 year old piece of stock. It was cut back and put into a trainer, and cut again to a line in 2016. We have been allowing the branches to grow unrestricted to let them thicken but this year they will be pinched off for more twigginess. At the time of these photos this tree was approximately twenty seven inches tall from the soil to the tip of the tree. The trunk is five and a half inches and
