It has broody aromas of black cherries, peppered salami, forest floor, potpourri and bitters. The medium bodied palate is bursting with savory, spicy layers. It's structured by powdery tannins and bright acidity and has a long, spicy finish. It will benefit from 3 5 years in bottle. 491 cases were made.
