We have had lots of requests to bring back our "Advanced Sourdough" class - this class is a new an improved version of the advanced class based on feedback from previous students

August 28 | The Late Summer Table Day shrimp and gritsIn this class we will use the late summer bounty to create a summer feast. Think cabbage, beetroot, squash, carrots, spuds and more. We will make a seasonal pasta, a chicken dish, roasted peaches with cream and more. For more info on our classes check out our FAQ page. Please note: We do our best to cover the recipes listed, but recipes are subject to change and will be replaced with something similar based on availability of ingredients.
